The objective of the course is to provide identified communicators with the confidence and skills necessary to participate in media interviews during response to a major emergency or crisis event. General media communications skills are also taught. Participants should have media contact duties included in their emergency response job duties.

Webster & Associates offers a highly interactive multi instructor two-day on-site seminar for people who need to effectively communicate in order to succeed. Cameras are used to record their presentations and personal feedback is provided. The program also includess input from a respected research Psychologist from UCLA and others who have distinguished themselves as effective communicators.
